_m_o_n_p_a_n_e_l provides a graphical interface to control the backlight level
of the Presenter display, to switch the display between high and
low color resolution, to turn on the Presenter display when the display
was not connected at boot time, and to restart the Presenter
display when the display has been disconnected.

Do not go into the background. By default, _m_o_n_p_a_n_e_l forks itself
to give control back to the shell.

Only process command-line options; do not bring up _m_o_n_p_a_n_e_l's
visual control panel.

Restart the flat panel if it has been disconnected.

Initializes the Presenter backlight level to _l_e_v_e_l. Only integers
between 0 and 100 are valid levels.

Initializes the color resolution _s_e_t_t_i_n_g. 12 and 15 are the only
valid settings for Presenter. 18 and 24 are the only valid
settings for Presenter1280
----ppppoooolllllllliiiinnnntttteeeerrrrvvvvaaaallll _s_e_c_o_n_d_s
control frequency of kernel inquiries (default 0.2).
----nnnnoooouuuunnnniiiiqqqquuuueeee
Indicates that more than one panel can be shown at once. This
should be used to control multiple displays.
